Standard Warranty Coverage
Arsh Enterprises provides a comprehensive warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for our furniture products from the date of delivery.
Frames & Springs
Covered under a 5-year warranty against structural failures.
Cushions & Fabrics
Covered under a 1-year warranty for abnormal wear and tear.
What Is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, including fading from direct sunlight.
Damage caused by improper cleaning, misuse, or accidents (spills, pet damage).
Products that have been modified or altered by anyone other than an authorized Arsh Enterprises representative.
Clearance, display models, or "as-is" items.
